The thing that makes me happy is watching a television show or movie that I find interesting. One of my favorite television show is “Law & Order: SVU”. Law & Order: SVU is an American crime drama television series created by Dick Wolf for NBC. It is currently the longest running scripted non-animated U.S. primetime tv series. I have seen all 18 seasons and have never missed one episode. I love the drama and action as well as the characters. I find the television show very captivating and I can never look away from the television when it comes on. At the beginning of every “Law & Order: SVU” episode includes the same blurb: “The following story is fictional and does not depict any actual person or event.” But I know how false that claim is. Unfortunately, real life “heinous crimes” have given the long-running crime drama inspiration since 1999.
I love how “Law & Order: SVU mimics the actual crimes and sheds more light to said crimes that have happened over the past 20 years. It’s just upsetting how some episodes in the tv series are not solved or the suspect is not convicted.
